Residential Housing – The SEED School of Miami

This form must be completed by campus residents requesting approval for an overnight or extended visitor in accordance with the Campus Resident Policies and Cohabitation Guidelines. Requests must be submitted upon arrival of guests. 

All visitors are still expected to report in to the front lobby and have the ID scanned in. Overnight or hourly guests are not permitted in student residential spaces between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm, Sunday ­ through Thursday. Staff and guests alike must show discretion at all times while on campus. The same Core Values that we expect for our students must be adhered to and modeled by our staff. Visitors cannot be on the premises for more than 7 days consecutively and not to exceed 14 days within a 30 day span.
