Students from across South Florida attend SEED Miami.
SEED Miami is the third of four SEED Schools; there are SEED schools located in Washington, D.C. (founded 1998), Baltimore, MD (founded 2008), and LA County, CA (founded 2022).
SEED Miami's college preparatory program features small class sizes: all class sizes are capped at 18 students.
Results
SEED Miami just opened in 2014, but our students are already achieving remarkable results.
In their first two years at SEED Miami, our first class attained 3.5 grade levels of reading growth, on average.
Nationally, about 80% of SEED graduates are first-generation, college-bound students. And yet, they defy the odds starting early in their college careers and continuing through graduation day.
