GO BULLDOGS!
At SEED, our athletic and physical education programs embody our commitment to nurturing the whole child. Students can engage in a wide range of major team sports and extracurricular activities, fostering both physical fitness and teamwork. Physical Education is available to all middle school (grades 6–8) and upper school students. Through competitive play against other charter and independent schools across the state, students gain valuable experience and school pride.
Starting in the 2026–2027 school year, students in grades 9–12 participating in interscholastic athletics will need to have an EKG screening on file. An EKG completed within two years prior to the 2026–27 school year will meet this requirement.
REQUIRED FORMS FOR ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION
FHSAA EL02: Pre-participation Physical Evaluation (to be completed by your child’s doctor)
FHSAA EL03: Consent and Release of Liability (to be completed by the parent/guardian)
Nicklaus Children’s Hospital offers free EKG testing for children ages 5–21 at various locations.
