School Year 2026–2027 | The SEED School of Miami

The Miami Boarding School, Inc., dba The SEED School of Miami (“SEED Miami”), is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified, licensed security service providers to furnish comprehensive unarmed campus security and safety services for School Year 2026–2027, with renewal options through SY 2029–2030.

SEED Miami is a public boarding charter school serving students in grades 6–12, operating a 24/5 residential model and requiring 24/7 campus coverage year-round. The School seeks vendors capable of delivering youth-sensitive and compliance-aligned security services in a residential educational environment.

The initial contract term shall commence on July 1, 2026, and conclude on June 30, 2027, with up to three additional one-year renewal options at SEED Miami’s sole discretion."
