Request Charter School Transportation

All transportation requests must be submitted by parents using the official forms below.

📝 New Students: Enroll IN Transportation

If you would like your child to use our school-provided transportation, you must complete the enrollment form to secure a spot. Please submit the form as soon as possible so we can plan routes and ensure your scholar is ready for pick-up on check-in days and dismissal days.

🔄 Returning students: Request Address Change: 

If your home address has changed and you need to update your transportation information, please complete the address change request form as soon as possible. This will help us keep your scholar’s transportation services accurate and on time.

IMPORTANT: The submission of these forms DOES NOT guarantee approval or processing of your request. All requests will only be considered confirmed once you have received an official email confirmation from the School.


ADDITIONAL REQUESTS

📧 All other requests must be sent to transportation@miami.seedschool.org . (We only respond to emails sent from parent-registered accounts).


Immediate Contact During Dismissal & Arrival

For safety reasons, SEED School of Miami does not provide transportation assistance by phone outside of official transportation hours.

All questions and requests must be submitted by email to: transportation@miami.seedschool.org

Once enrolled, parents will receive a direct phone number to contact Transportation Leaders only during transportation operation times:

  • Fridays (or Departure days): 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Sundays (or Arrival days): 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

⚠️ Outside these times, all communication must be made by email.
