Parent Grievance Policy

The SEED School of Miami values open communication and collaboration with our families. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly, respectfully, and in accordance with §1001.42(8)(c), Florida Statutes. This policy outlines the process for parents and guardians to raise concerns related to student welfare, school policies, services, or any matter affecting their child’s educational experience. Our goal is to resolve concerns at the lowest possible level while ensuring every family has access to an impartial and transparent process.

Conflict Resolution Designee
The SEED School of Miami’s designated Conflict Resolution Designee is Ms. Vanessa Favier. Parents and guardians may contact Ms. Favier with concerns related to student welfare, parent grievances, or conflict resolution matters. She can be reached via email at familyconflictresolution@miami.seedschool.org.
